We spent the morning looking over the remnants of ancient cultures, and the afternoon wandering through the Tate looking at modern art.
I think my favorite piece in the Tate was 'Concert for Anarchy' - A piano suspended upside down from the ceiling that would periodically self disassemble, then re-assemble a while later while playing a few notes.
After all that, we caught a play - Dance of Death. It was quite good - The brief description of it was 'On an apocalyptic island, a husband and wife have carefully crafted their own personal hells.'.
Ian McKellen starred - we had seats in the second row.
